4. Informazioni sulla sicurezza

  • Prima di effettuare qualsiasi cablaggio o installazione, assicurarsi che tutta l'alimentazione sia scollegata.
  • Do not exceed the maximum current (10A) or load (2200W) ratings of the receiver module.
  • Handle electrical components with care to avoid electric shock.
  • Tenere il dispositivo lontano dall'acqua e da temperature estreme.
  • Only use the specified DC 12V power supply for the receiver module.
  • Ensure proper insulation for all connections.

5. Configurazione e installazione

The receiver module has screw terminals for connecting the power supply and the devices to be controlled. The terminals are labeled NO (Normally Open), COM (Common), and NC (Normally Closed) for each of the four relays, along with DC 12V power input terminals.

5.1 Schemi elettrici

Refer to the following diagrams for common wiring configurations. Always ensure correct polarity for DC connections and proper insulation for all wiring.

Wiring diagram for connecting DC and AC devices to the relay module. Shows connections for normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) contacts.

Figure 6: Wiring for DC and AC devices (e.g., lights).

For DC Devices (e.g., DC 12V lights): Connect the DC 12V power supply to the receiver's DC 12V input terminals. For each device, connect one side to the positive (+) of the DC 12V supply and the other side to the COM terminal of a relay. Then, connect the NO terminal of that relay to the negative (-) of the DC 12V supply. When the relay is activated, the circuit closes, and the device turns on.

For AC Devices (e.g., AC 1V-250V lights): Connect the DC 12V power supply to the receiver's DC 12V input terminals. For each device, connect one side of the AC power line (e.g., Live) to the COM terminal of a relay. Connect the NO terminal of that relay to one terminal of your AC device. Connect the other terminal of your AC device to the Neutral line of your AC power supply. When the relay is activated, the circuit closes, and the device turns on.

Figure 7: Wiring for AC and DC motors (e.g., for automated curtains, garage doors).

For AC Motors (e.g., 1V-250V): This configuration typically uses two relays for forward/reverse or up/down control. Connect the DC 12V power supply to the receiver. Connect the AC power lines to the COM terminals of two relays. The NO terminals of these relays will connect to the motor's control inputs for 'Up' and 'Down' (or forward/reverse). Ensure interlocking mechanisms are in place to prevent both relays from activating simultaneously, which could damage the motor or power supply.

For DC Motors (e.g., DC 12V): Similar to AC motors, two relays are often used for directional control. Connect the DC 12V power supply to the receiver. Connect the DC 12V motor power to the COM terminals of two relays. The NO terminals will connect to the motor's positive and negative terminals, allowing for polarity reversal to change direction. Again, ensure only one relay is active at a time.

Antenna: Before use, gently stretch the antenna on the receiver board to optimize signal reception and range.

6. Istruzioni per l'uso

The receiver module supports multiple operating modes, which determine how the relays respond to remote control button presses. These modes are Momentary, Toggle, Latched, and various Mix Modes. The remote control buttons (A, B, C, D) can be programmed to control the relays in these different modes.

6.1 Working Modes Explained

  • ModalitĂ  momentanea: The relay turns ON only while the remote button is pressed and held. It turns OFF immediately upon release.
  • ModalitĂ  di commutazione: Pressing the remote button once turns the relay ON. Pressing the same button again turns the relay OFF.
  • ModalitĂ  bloccata: Pressing button 'A' turns relay 1 ON and keeps it ON. Pressing button 'B' turns relay 2 ON and turns relay 1 OFF. This mode typically uses multiple buttons to control a set of relays, where only one can be active at a time.
  • ModalitĂ  di miscelazione: Combinations of Momentary, Toggle, and Latched modes can be set for different relays. For example, relays 1 and 2 could operate in Momentary mode, while relays 3 and 4 operate in Toggle mode.

6.2 Programming Remote Controls (How to Set Modes)

To program a remote control button to a specific mode, follow these steps using the 'Learning Button' on the receiver module:
