  • LED Marquee Light: Indicates the real-time working status. The speed of accumulation reflects the temperature difference between measured and set values.

4. Impostazione

  4. Carica filamento: Open the lid of the dryer box. Place your filament spool inside. The maximum coil size supported is φ210mm x 85mm (H). Close the lid securely.
  5. Filament Path (Optional, for printing while drying): If you intend to print while drying, feed the filament through the designated filament hole on the side of the dryer box to your 3D printer.

The following table provides recommended drying temperatures and times for common filament types. These are general guidelines and may vary based on filament brand and environmental conditions.

Suggerimenti:

  • Before printing, it is recommended to bake first and then print; after baking, it is better to print while baking.
  • When the ambient temperature is too low and the drying oven does not heat up to the set value, it is recommended to extend the baking time for more than 1 hour.

Understanding the Drying Process

During the initial heating stage (0-15 minutes), humidity is removed from the filament, causing the relative humidity inside the box to rise to approximately 50%. During the subsequent moisture evaporation stage (around 120 minutes), the relative humidity drops to about 25% as moisture is expelled.

6. Manutenzione

  • Pulizia: Ensure the dryer box is unplugged and cooled before cleaning. Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
