Fasi di cablaggio:

  1. Connect the Entry Line (L and N) to the appropriate terminals.
  2. Connect the AC Input to the meter's N Input and L Input terminals.
  3. Connect the AC Output from the meter's N Output and L Output terminals to your load, typically through a circuit breaker.
  4. Upon initial power-on, the built-in magnetic retention relay (for GR2PWS) will undergo a reset process, which may take more than ten seconds. During this time, the output will be maintained (delay protection). The meter will only enter normal operation and enable over-limit protection functions (overvoltage, sottovoltage, overcurrent, overpower) once the startup is complete and the measurement interface is displayed.
  5. It is recommended to connect an air switch (circuit breaker) at the output end and wait for the meter to fully start before turning on the air switch to your device.

4.3 Selezione della lingua

When first powered on, the meter will display a language selection interface. Use the "+" or "-" keys to select your desired language (e.g., English) and confirm with the "M" key. The selected language will be displayed on subsequent startups. If you accidentally choose the wrong language, long-press the "M" key to enter the background and select English. To restore the language reminder, reset to factory settings.

4.4 WiFi Connection (GR2PW/GR2PWS)

For WiFi versions (GR2PW, GR2PWS), follow these steps to connect to your network:

  1. Scarica l'App: Cercare "Tuya" or "Smart Life" in Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS) and install the app.
  2. Aggiungi dispositivo: Open the Smart Life app. After being powered on, the device's red light will flash and remain on, indicating it's in distribution network mode. The app will automatically prompt you to add a device. Click "Add".
  3. Inserisci le informazioni Wi-Fi: Select your working WiFi network and enter the password. Click "Next" to continue.
  4. Abbinamento completato: After pairing is successfully completed, click "Next".
  5. Telecomando: After a successful WiFi connection, multiple values can be set for remote control, and the app will automatically open, allowing you to connect via WiFi.

5.2 Remote Monitoring and Control (WiFi Versions)

For GR2PW and GR2PWS models, the Tuya or Smart Life app allows for remote monitoring and control:

  • View electricity consumption data (daily, monthly, yearly reports).
  • Monitora il volume in tempo realetage, corrente, potenza e consumo di energia.
  • Access historical data and electricity usage curves.
  • Set various parameters and receive notifications.

5.3 Electricity Price Settings

The meter supports three electricity payment modes:

  • Single Rate Electricity Price: Set a single price per kWh.
  • Tiered Electricity Prices: Set different prices based on consumption tiers (e.g., <200kWh, >1000kWh).
  • Peak and Valley Electricity Prices: Set different prices for specific time segments (e.g., 00-07H, 07-11H, 11-19H, 19-00H).

5.4 Overlimit Settings and Alarms

The meter provides dual alarms and four prompts for safer electricity consumption:

  • oltre il volumetage (OVT)
  • Over Current (OCT)
  • Over Power (OPT)
  • Sotto il volumetage (LVT)

For GR2P and GR2PW versions, these are prompt alarms only. For the GR2PWS version, these alarms can also trigger a power cut-off via the built-in relay.

5.5 Delayed Recovery (GR2PWS)

The GR2PWS model allows you to set a recovery time (1-99 minutes) for undervoltage e overvoltage conditions. When the voltage returns to normal, power supply will be restored automatically after the set delay.

5.6 Prepayment Function (GR2PWS)

The GR2PWS model supports a prepayment function. You can recharge the quantity of electricity (kWh) via the app. If the remaining energy is insufficient, the meter will automatically prompt. If the remaining power capacity reaches zero or the pre-paid switch is turned off, power will be disconnected.

5.8 Alarm Event Notification Settings (GR2PW/GR2PWS)

For WiFi versions, you can set up alarm notifications in the app:

  1. Nell'app, vai su "Smart" o "Automazione".
  2. Click the '+' icon to create a new scene/automation.
  3. Select 'When device status changes' and choose your meter.
  4. Select the specific fault (e.g., 'over voltage alarm').
  5. Under 'Then', click '+' and choose 'Send notification' or 'Message Center'.
  6. Configure the notification method (e.g., Message Center).
  7. Salva l'automazione.

6. Manutenzione

7. Risoluzione Dei Problemi

Problemi comuni e soluzioni:

  • Il misuratore non si accende: Controllare i collegamenti di alimentazione e assicurarsi che il voltage is within the specified range (AC50-320V).
  • Nessun dato visualizzato: Verify wiring is correct. For WiFi versions, ensure a stable WiFi connection.
  • Problemi di connessione WiFi: Ensure your router is 2.4Ghz (5Ghz is not supported). Confirm Bluetooth and location permissions are enabled on your phone during pairing.
  • Alarms but no power cut-off (GR2P/GR2PW): These models are designed to only prompt alarms and do not have a relay to cut off power.
  • GR2PWS not automatically resetting after protection: The built-in magnetic retention relay requires a reset period (delay protection) upon initial power-on or after a power cut-off. Ensure the meter has fully started and the measurement interface is displayed before expecting automatic recovery. The recovery time for undervoltage/sopravoltage can be set in the device settings (1-99 minutes).
  • Letture imprecise: Ensure the meter is correctly wired and that the current is unidirectional. This meter is not suitable for bidirectional current applications like solar grid-tie systems.
  • Display always on/off: Check display brightness and standby time settings in the app or device menu.
  • Cannot set dual-zone tariff: Ensure you are using a WiFi version (GR2PW/GR2PWS) as the basic GR2P model does not support this. Check the app's price mode settings for options to enter prices for different tariffs.
  • Meter not compatible with 110V systems: The meter supports AC50-320V, so it is compatible with 110V/120V systems. For 2-phase 110V + neutral systems, it should work if connected as a single-phase load across two phases, but verify local electrical standards and consult a professional.

8. Suggerimenti per l'utente

  • Download dell'app: For WiFi models, download "Tuya" or "Smart Life" app from Google Play or Apple App Store.
  • Data Cloud: The data cloud service for monitoring is free.
  • Shunt: The meter has a built-in 100A shunt, so no external Current Transformer (CT) is required.
  • Memoria di spegnimento: Energy consumption data has power-off memory, ensuring your readings are saved even after a power outage. However, the switch mode (for GR2PWS) does not have power-off memory; the relay will close upon power restoration.
  • Sezione trasversale del cavo: Ensure your cables (e.g., 16mm²) are compatible with the device's terminals and local electrical standards.
  • Fattore di potenza (PF): The meter displays Power Factor, which indicates the efficiency of your electrical system. A PF closer to 1.00 is generally better.
  • Integrazione domotica: While the WiFi versions integrate with Tuya/Smart Life, direct integration with other home automation systems like Home Assistant may require custom solutions or third-party bridges, which are not officially supported by the manufacturer.

9. Garanzia e supporto
