1. Impostazione

The CL24R requires a DC12V 1A power supply or a PD12V PD voltage trigger power supply. Ensure you use the correct power adapter for your region. A US to EU adapter is included if applicable. If your country cannot use the provided power supply, it is recommended to source a local DC12V 1A power supply.

2.1 BenFang Operating System Overview

The ATORCH CL24R features a powerful BenFang operating system with a novel human-computer interaction interface, offering 10 powerful testing functions.

2.2 Default Test Modes (7 Functions)

The CL24R supports the following default test modes:

2.3 Advanced Test Modes (3 Functions - Requires Charging Control Module)

To perform cyclic charging and discharging tests, an additional charging control module switch is required. These modes support up to 90 cycle tests:

2.4 AA/AAA Battery Testing

The CL24R can test AA/AAA batteries with a 1.5V battery test capacity. Due to their small capacity, it is recommended to conduct aging tests with low current to avoid battery depletion.

2.5 PC Software (HID PC Online)

Connect the tester to your computer via the HID port to view curve data, export data (time, voltage, current, power), and perform firmware upgrades. The software supports Windows 7 and Windows 10.

2.6 Mobile App (Bluetooth & WiFi)

2.6.1 Bluetooth Connectivity (Requires Bluetooth Module)

Connect to your mobile phone via the Bluetooth module (additional purchase) to view curve data and export data. Do not pair in Bluetooth settings directly; use the E-test app.

2.6.2 WiFi Connectivity (Requires WiFi Module)

Connect to your mobile phone via the WiFi module (additional purchase) for remote control and firmware upgrades using the Smart Life or Tuya apps.

WiFi Version Online Pairing Operation Method:
  1. Purchase a WiFi module and insert it into the HID port.
  2. Enter the background to select WiFi mode.
  3. Ensure it's a 2.4G network, not 5G.
  4. Bluetooth and location permissions must be allowed.
  5. Place the device close to a strong WiFi signal to avoid connection issues.

2.7 Intelligent Fan Control and Speed Display

The ATORCH BenFang system intelligently regulates temperature and controls the fan speed. The fan operates continuously when powered on. In OFF state, it stops after a set standby time (60 seconds adjustable). The fan will not stop during operation or standby.

2.8 Product Protection Functions

The device includes four types of protection to prevent damage:

To set protection values, press and hold the Start button to enter the background. Discharge will stop once the set threshold is reached.

4. Manutenzione

4.1 Radiator Fan Description and Adjustment

The radiator fan uses a convection fan with shrapnel. If you find the radiator tilted or uneven upon receipt, the shrapnel is adjustable and can be restored. Gently adjust the shrapnel with your fingers to return it to its normal position.

5.1 Compatibilità software

If the PC software crashes, ensure your system is Windows 7 or Windows 10. It is recommended to test the software installation before purchasing se la compatibilità è un problema.
