1. Initial Power On & Charging

To power on the watch, long press the power button for 3 seconds. If the watch does not turn on, it may require charging. Connect the watch to its charging cable and a power source. Ensure the charging pins align correctly. The watch has a 300 mAh battery, providing 5-7 days of typical usage and up to 30 days in battery saver mode.

2. APP Download & Installation

To unlock the full potential of your COLMI V72 Smart Watch, download the companion application, Da-Fit, on your mobile phone.

1. Open the Da-Fit mobile client on your phone and set up your personal information.
2. Vai a [Dispositivo] page within the app.
3. Clic [Bind Device].
4. The app will scan for nearby devices. Select your COLMI V72 from the list. You can identify your device by its MAC address, which is displayed in the watch's settings menu under the 'About' interface.
5. Once successfully bound, the watch will automatically connect to your phone each time you open the app, allowing data synchronization by pulling down the data page.

However, it is not suitable for hot baths or saunas due to the steam and temperature changes, which can damage the internal circuitry.

Why do blood pressure values deviate from those of a sphygmomanometer?

The deviation is due to different measurement sites. A sphygmomanometer measures the brachial artery, while the watch measures arterioles. Blood pressure values naturally vary between these points (typically 3-40 mmHg difference). Additionally, the pressure from a sphygmomanometer cuff can temporarily affect blood flow to the lower arterial branches, causing further deviation if measured simultaneously.

Why can't I wear a watch and take a hot bath?

Hot bath water produces a lot of water vapor. Water vapor molecules are small and can easily penetrate the watch case's gaps. When the temperature drops, this vapor condenses into liquid water droplets inside the watch, which can cause a short circuit in the internal components and damage the circuit board.
