Upon receiving your VEVOR Commercial Soft Ice Cream Machine, carefully unpack all components. Inspect the machine for any visible damage during transit. If any damage is found, do not proceed with installation and contact customer support.

- Ensure adequate clearance around the machine for proper ventilation. The machine is equipped with cooling vents on the sides and back.
- The machine features universal fixed casters for easy movement; ensure brakes are engaged once positioned.

Attach the additional cone holder to the side of the machine to improve working efficiency.

Operazione
Preparing the Mixture
- Prepare your ice cream mixture according to the recommended ratio of water and ice cream powder (1:2.5). Do not use milk paste.
- Pour the prepared mixture into the two 1.6-gallon (6L) stainless steel hoppers located at the top of the machine.

- AUTO: Initiates the ice cream making process.
- PULITO: Activates the one-click automatic cleaning function.
- FERMARE: Halts the machine operation.
- HARD / SOFT: Adjusts the hardness of the ice cream.
- IMPOSTATO: Used to configure various parameters like temperature and hardness.
- The display shows time, temperature, hardness, and quantity of ice cream produced.

- Ensure the hoppers are filled with the prepared mixture.

- Press the "AUTO" button to start the freezing process.

The machine features a convenient one-click automatic cleaning function:
- Ensure the hoppers are empty or contain only water for cleaning.
- Press the "CLEAN" button on the intelligent LCD panel.
- The machine will initiate an automatic cleaning cycle.
- After the cycle, drain the cleaning water from the drip tray.
Regular Cleaning and Inspection
