5. Impostazione

5.1 Installazione e ricarica della batteria

  1. Individuare il vano batteria sul dispositivo.
  2. Use the provided 3.0 small screwdriver to open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Connect the rechargeable lithium battery to the internal connector.

  5. Connect the USB charging cable to the device's charging port and a suitable USB power source to charge the device. The display will indicate charging status.

5.2 Mobile Application Connection (Intelligent Meter App)

The BT-1600-APP offers 7 measurement modes, accessible via the "MODE" button:

  • Massimo/minimo: Measures and displays the maximum and minimum temperatures detected during a scan.
  • AVG (Average): Calculates and displays the average temperature.
  • DIF (Difference): Shows the difference between the maximum and minimum temperatures.

  • LAL (Allarme bassa temperatura): Alerts when the measured temperature falls below a preset low limit.

Emissivity (ε) is a crucial factor for accurate infrared temperature measurement. Different materials emit infrared energy differently. The BT-1600-APP allows you to adjust the emissivity from 0.1 to 1.0 to match the surface being measured.

  • Press the "E/E" button to enter emissivity adjustment mode.
  • Use the "UP" and "T/DN" buttons to increase or decrease the emissivity value.
  • Refer to common emissivity tables for various materials (e.g., oil: 0.94, asphalt: 0.9, water: 0.96).

6.5 Rapporto distanza-punto (D:S)

The D:S ratio of 30:1 indicates that at a distance of 30 units, the measurement spot size is 1 unit. For example, at 30 inches away, the measurement spot is 1 inch in diameter. This allows for safer measurement by keeping you away from heat sources while maintaining accuracy.

7. Manutenzione
