4. Impostazione

4.1. Installazione delle schede SIM e della scheda di memoria

  1. Aprire il coperchio posteriore: Gently pry open the back cover of the phone. Refer to the diagram below for guidance.
  2. Rimuovere il nastro isolante della batteria: Before first use, locate the yellow insulating tape on the battery and carefully remove it. The phone will not power on if this tape is not removed.
  3. Inserire le schede SIM: The phone supports two Mini SIM cards. Insert your SIM cards into the designated SIM1 and SIM2 slots.
  4. Inserire la scheda TF (facoltativo): If you wish to expand storage for music, videos, or other files, insert a TF (MicroSD) card into the dedicated slot. The phone supports up to 16GB expansion.

4.2. Ricarica iniziale

Before first use, or if the phone has not been used for a long time, charge the phone for 3-5 hours using the provided USB cable and a 5V1A charger. Connect the Micro USB end of the cable to the phone's charging port and the other end to a power source.

5.1. Accensione/spegnimento

  • Accensione: Long press the Power/End Call button until the screen lights up.
  • Spegni: Long press the Power/End Call button until the power off options appear, then select 'Power Off'.

7. Risoluzione Dei Problemi

If your phone does not turn on after charging, especially if it hasn't been used for a long time, the battery might be deeply discharged. Please try the following:

  1. Ensure the yellow insulating tape on the battery has been removed (refer to Section 4.1).
  2. Charge the mobile phone for 3-5 hours continuously using the provided USB cable and a 5V1A charger.
  3. After charging, attempt to power on the phone again.

7.2. Problemi di connettività di rete

The SERVO F4 operates on 2G GSM networks (850/900/1800/1900MHz). Please be aware that some countries have discontinued or are in the process of discontinuing 2G GSM networks. If you experience network issues, verify that your local network provider still supports 2G GSM. The phone may not function normally in countries such as Colombia, India, Türkiye, Chile, Azerbaijan, Tanzania, and Australia due to network frequency band problems.
