Impostare
1. Caricamento della stampante
Before first use, fully charge the printer. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the printer's charging port and a suitable USB power adapter (not included). The status indicator will show charging status.
2. Caricamento della carta termica
The NETUM P10 supports both roll paper and folded A4 thermal paper with a width range of 55-216mm.

From Mobile App (Bluetooth)
- Open the NETUM printing app.
- Select the document or image you wish to print (e.g., PDF, webpage, Word document, photo).

Manutenzione
1. Pulizia della testina di stampa
To ensure optimal print quality, clean the print head periodically.
- Spegnere la stampante e scollegare il cavo di alimentazione.
- Aprire il coperchio del vano carta.
- Pulire delicatamente la testina di stampa con un batuffolo di cotone leggermenteamparricchito con alcol isopropilico.

2. Pulizia generale
Pulire l'esterno della stampante con un panno morbido e asciutto. Non utilizzare detergenti abrasivi o solventi.
3. Conservazione
Store the printer in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) to prolong its lifespan.
Risoluzione dei problemi
- La stampante non si accende: Assicurarsi che la batteria sia carica. Collegare all'alimentazione e riprovare.
- Nessuna stampa: Check if thermal paper is loaded correctly and the printable side is facing the print head. Ensure the printer is connected and paired with your device.

- Impossibile connettersi tramite Bluetooth: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the printer is discoverable. Try restarting both the printer and your device. Ensure the NETUM app is installed and updated.
- Impossibile connettersi tramite USB: Verify the USB cable is securely connected. Ensure the correct drivers are installed on your PC. Try a different USB port or cable.
- Inceppamento carta: Turn off the printer, open the paper compartment, and carefully remove any jammed paper. Ensure paper is loaded correctly and not wrinkled.
