The Werner AC78 Quickclick Stabilizer is designed to enhance the stability and safety of Werner aluminum and fiberglass extension ladders. Always read and understand all instructions before using the Werner AC78 Quickclick Stabilizer. Failure to follow instructions can result in serious injury or death. Ensure all components are securely attached and in good working order before each use. Do not use this stabilizer on Type III (200 lbs) aluminum, Type II (225 lbs) fiberglass extension ladders, or MT series ladders. Do not use in conjunction with ladder jacks using planks or stages. Always maintain three points of contact when climbing or descending the ladder.

Configurazione e installazione

1. Step 1: Install Tubing Caps and Rubber Pads. Insert the tubing caps and rubber pads onto the ends of the stabilizer arms. These non-marring caps protect the work surface.

2. Step 2: Slide on Paint Bucket Hanger. Slide the paint bucket hanger onto one of the stabilizer arms. Ensure the hook of the hanger faces towards the house or work surface when the stabilizer is installed.

3. Step 3: Insert Outriggers into Stabilizer. Insert the outrigger arms into the main stabilizer body, aligning the holes.
4. Step 4: Lock with Locking Pins. Secure the outriggers by inserting the locking pins through the aligned holes. Ensure the pins are fully engaged to prevent accidental detachment.
5. Step 5: Remove Retainer Pin. Before attaching to the ladder, remove the retainer pin from the stabilizer's clampmeccanismo di ing.
6. Step 6: Slide Stabilizer onto Ladder. From the backside of the ladder, slide the stabilizer over the top two rungs. Ensure the stabilizer is centered and fully seated on the rungs.

7. Step 7: Insert Retainer Pin. Once the stabilizer is properly positioned, insert the retainer pin to lock the stabilizer securely onto the ladder. Verify that the locking mechanism swings up into position and is fully engaged before applying any weight to the ladder.

With the Werner AC78 Quickclick Stabilizer securely attached to your extension ladder, you can now position the ladder against a wall or work surface. The stabilizer's arms will provide a 10-inch standoff, allowing you to work around windows, gutters, or other obstacles without damaging the surface or compromising ladder stability. The integrated paint can hook provides a convenient place to hang a paint bucket or other tools, keeping them within easy reach while you work.

• Inspect the stabilizer before each use for any signs of damage, wear, or loose components.
