3. Insert Centre Points: After drilling, insert the 6mm centre points into the newly drilled holes on the first workpiece.
4. Transfer Marks to Second Piece: Align the second workpiece precisely with the first piece in the desired final position. Press the two pieces firmly together. The sharp tips of the centre points will leave small indentations on the second workpiece, marking the exact locations for the corresponding dowel holes.
5. Drill Second Piece: Remove the first workpiece and drill holes into the second workpiece at the marked indentations, using the same technique and depth stop setting as before.
