3. Istruzioni di montaggio

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. A Phillips head screwdriver is required and not included.

Step 1: Attach Side Panels to Cart Top

• Place the Cart Top (A) upside down on a clean, soft surface.
• Attach the Side Panels (G) to the Cart Top (A) using four short Hex Screws (X). Ensure the notched side of panel G faces outwards.

Step 2: Assemble Rear Frame

• Connect the Rear Panel (Small) (F) between two Legs (D1 and E1) using the dowels. Ensure the short dowel on F aligns with the bottom hole on the legs.
• Insert the Metal Rod (H) through the designated holes in Legs (D1 and E1).
• Slide the Back Panel (Long) (L) into the grooves of Legs (D1 and E1).
• Secure the assembly to the Cart Top (A) using two long Hex Screws (T) on each side, ensuring the drawer stopper is on the opposite side of the back panel.

Step 3: Attach Middle Panel and Doors

• Attach the Middle Panel (I) to the frame using two long Hex Screws (T). Ensure the magnets on panel I face the front.
• Install the Handles (R) onto the Left Door (M) and Right Door (N) using Small Bolts (P) and a Phillips head screwdriver.
• Insert the Metal Pegs (S) into the pre-drilled holes on the top and bottom edges of the doors (M and N).
• Carefully align the Metal Pegs (S) on the doors with the corresponding holes in the Middle Panel (I) and the Bottom Panel (J) (to be attached in Step 5).

Step 4: Attach Side Panels (K)

• Slide the two Side Panels (K) into the grooves of the remaining Legs (B1 and C1).
• Attach the assembled side sections to the main cart body using long Hex Screws (T) at the top and bottom.

Step 5: Attach Bottom Panel (J) and Casters

• Place the Bottom Panel (J) onto the bottom frame, ensuring it sits securely in the grooves.
• Insert the two Wheels with Lock (U1) into the front legs and the two Wheels (V1) into the rear legs. Gently tap with a rubber mallet if needed.

Fase 6: assemblare il cassetto

• Attach the Handle (R) to the Front Panel (Drawer) (Z1) using Small Bolts (P).
• Connect the Side Panels (Drawer) (Z2) to the Front Panel (Drawer) (Z1) using Screws (Y).
• Slide the Bottom Board (Drawer) (Z4) into the grooves of the assembled drawer sides.
• Attach the Back Panel (Drawer) (Z3) to complete the drawer assembly.
• Slide the completed drawer into the designated slot beneath the Cart Top.

4. Istruzioni per l'uso

4.1 Drop Leaves

• To extend the drop leaves: Gently pull the leaf outwards until the support mechanism locks into place.
• To fold the drop leaves: Push the support mechanism inwards to release the lock, then carefully lower the leaf.

4.2 Lockable Casters

• To lock the wheels: Press down on the lever located on the two front casters until it clicks into place. This will prevent the cart from moving.
• To unlock the wheels: Lift the lever on the two front casters until it releases. The cart will then be free to move.

4.3 Drawer and Cabinet Doors

• The drawer slides smoothly on its runners. To remove the drawer completely, locate and disengage the drawer stops (if applicable) or lift the drawer slightly at the front and pull it out.
• The cabinet doors are held closed by magnetic catches. Gently pull the handles to open the doors.

5. Manutenzione e cura

• Pulizia: Wipe the cart with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning products.
• Cura del legno: As this product is made of wood, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight to prevent warping or discoloration.
