  1. Accensione: Plug the unit into a suitable electrical outlet. The red safety signal light will illuminate, indicating the unit is receiving power and heating.
  2. Controllo della temperatura: Turn the variable heat control knob to the desired setting. The temperature range is approximately 155°F to 205°F. Start with a lower setting and adjust as needed to maintain the desired food temperature.
  3. Posizionamento degli alimenti: Place food directly on the stainless steel warming surface or use appropriate heat-safe containers, such as a 1/2 size steam table pan, which the surface can accommodate.
  4. Monitoraggio: Periodically check food temperature to ensure it remains within safe serving temperatures.
  5. Spegni: When finished, turn the heat control knob to the "OFF" position and unplug the unit from the electrical outlet. Allow the unit to cool completely before cleaning or storing.

Nota: The red signal light will cycle on and off during operation, indicating that the thermostat is maintaining the set temperature.
