Impostare
- Disimballare i componenti: Rimuovere con attenzione tutti i componenti dalla confezione.
- Posizionare il supporto: Place the electrode stand on a stable, level surface next to the meter.
- Collegare l'elettrodo: Connect the double-junction glass pH electrode to the BNC connector on the back of the meter. Ensure a secure connection.
- Connect the ATC Probe: Plug the ATC probe into its designated port on the meter.
- Connetti alimentazione: Plug the power adapter into the meter's power input, then connect it to a 110/220 VAC power outlet.
- Accensione iniziale: Press the power button to turn on the meter. The display should illuminate.
Istruzioni per l'uso
Calibrazione
Regular calibration is essential for accurate pH measurements. Calibrate the meter using at least two standard pH buffer solutions (e.g., pH 4.01, 7.00, and 10.00).
- Preparare i buffer: Ensure buffer solutions are at room temperature.
- Elettrodo di risciacquo: Rinse the pH electrode and ATC probe with distilled water and gently blot dry.
- Inizia la calibrazione: Refer to the meter's on-screen prompts or specific button sequence (usually a "CAL" button) to enter calibration mode.
- First Buffer: Immerse the electrode and ATC probe into the first buffer solution (e.g., pH 7.00). Wait for the reading to stabilize, then confirm.
- Second Buffer: Rinse the electrode and probe, then immerse them into the second buffer solution (e.g., pH 4.01 or 10.00). Wait for stabilization and confirm.
- Calibrazione completa: The meter will indicate when calibration is complete.
Prendere Misure
- Elettrodo di risciacquo: Rinse the calibrated electrode and ATC probe with distilled water.
- Immerse in Sampon: Immerse the electrode and ATC probe into the sample solution. Ensure the electrode junction and temperature sensor are fully submerged.
- Stabilizzare la lettura: Allow sufficient time for the reading to stabilize. The meter will typically display a "READY" indicator when stable.
- Lettura del record: Note the pH and temperature values displayed.
- Pulire dopo l'uso: Rinse the electrode and probe thoroughly with distilled water after each measurement.
Manutenzione
- Conservazione degli elettrodi: Always store the pH electrode in its protective cap filled with electrode storage solution or pH 7 buffer. Never store in distilled water.
- Pulizia: Clean the electrode regularly to prevent buildup. For general cleaning, soak in a mild detergent solution, then rinse thoroughly. For stubborn deposits, consult the electrode's specific cleaning instructions.
- Pulizia del contatore: Pulisci l'esterno del contatore con un pannoamp stoffa. Non utilizzare prodotti chimici aggressivi o detergenti abrasivi.
- Frequenza di calibrazione: Calibrate the meter daily or before each use for optimal accuracy, especially when measuring samples with significantly different pH values.
Risoluzione dei problemi
| Problema | Possibile causa | Soluzione |
|---|---|---|
| Letture instabili | Dirty electrode; air bubbles; electrode not fully immersed; expired buffer; damaged electrode. | Clean electrode; gently tap electrode to remove bubbles; ensure full immersion; use fresh buffer; replace electrode. |
| Letture imprecise | Improper calibration; expired buffer; electrode not conditioned; temperature difference. | Recalibrate with fresh buffers; condition electrode; ensure ATC probe is functioning. |
| Il misuratore non si accende | Power adapter disconnected; faulty power outlet; meter malfunction. | Check power connections; try a different outlet; contact technical support. |
