4. Impostazione

1. Installa le batterie: Carefully install the included 4 AAA batteries into the unit. Ensure correct polarity.
2. Collegare i cavi conduttori: With the unit turned off, plug one lead wire into one of the output ports on the top of the unit.
3. Applicare gli elettrodi: Attach the lead wire to the included reusable self-stick electrode pads.

1. Accensione: Turn the thumbwheel directly below the lead wire to '1' to power on the unit. Verify that the letter 'P' appears on the screen, indicating power.
2. Seleziona modalità: Choose your desired massage program (e.g., Waist, Shoulder, Joint, Hand-Foot, Sole) or manual setting (Massage, Beat, Knead) using the corresponding buttons.
3. Regola la velocità: Use the 'Speed +' and 'Speed -' buttons to adjust the pulse speed to your preference.
4. Regola intensità: Slowly raise the power intensity using the thumbwheels. Start with a mild setting (e.g., 1) and gradually increase to a comfortable yet effective level (up to 10).
5. Utilize Dual Channels: The unit has two separate channels, allowing you to use one side initially and then both sides on two different areas of your body simultaneously.
6. Repeat Feature: The 'Repeat' button allows the unit to stay on the current program without cycling through to the next program in a preset sequence.

6. Manutenzione

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your truMedic PL-009 unit:

• Keep the unit and electrode pads clean and dry. Wipe the unit with a soft, damp panno secondo necessità.
