4. Impostazione

4.1. Installazione della batteria

Your monitor comes with 4 AA batteries. To install:

1. Aprire il coperchio del vano batteria sul retro del dispositivo.

Proper cuff placement is crucial for accurate readings. The wide-range cuff fits most adult arms (8.7 – 16.5 inches / 22 – 42 cm).

2. Place the cuff on your upper arm, approximately 1-2 cm above the elbow joint.
3. The artery mark on the cuff should align with your brachial artery (inner side of your arm).
4. Wrap the cuff snugly around your arm, but not too tightly. You should be able to insert two fingers under the cuff.

5. Istruzioni per l'uso

5.1. Prima della misurazione

• Evitare di mangiare, fumare o fare esercizio fisico per almeno 30 minuti prima della misurazione.
• Rest for 5 minutes in a quiet environment before taking a reading.
• Sit upright with your back supported, feet flat on the floor, and your arm resting on a table so the cuff is at heart level.

5.2. Effettuare una misurazione

1. Premere il tasto ACCESO/SPENTO pulsante per accendere il monitor.
2. Il bracciale si gonfierà automaticamente. Rimanere fermi e in silenzio durante la misurazione.
3. Once the measurement is complete, your Systolic Blood Pressure, Diastolic Blood Pressure, and Pulse Rate will be displayed.
4. The result is automatically stored in the device's memory.
5. Premere il tasto ACCESO/SPENTO button again to turn off the monitor, or it will automatically shut off after approximately 1 minute.

The device stores the last 30 measurements. To view stored readings:
