Before first use, wash all removable parts in warm, soapy water or in the dishwasher. Ensure the motor base is unplugged from the power outlet.
1.1 Assembling the Work Bowl and Blade

- Place the work bowl cover onto the work bowl, aligning the feed tube with the work bowl handle. Turn the cover clockwise until it locks into place.
- Insert the large pusher into the feed tube. The small pusher can be inserted into the large pusher for smaller ingredients.

Use the large pusher for whole fruits and vegetables, or the small pusher for smaller items. Select 'High' or 'Low' for continuous operation.
