Impostare
1. Schema elettrico
Refer to the following diagram for correct wiring connections between the videophone, door camera, and optional interphone units.
This diagram illustrates the wiring connections for the Commax videophone and door camera system, including an optional interphone unit. It shows how the door camera connects to the videophone units and how optional interphones connect to the videophones. The diagram indicates 4-wire connections between components.
2. Fasi di installazione
- Mount the Door Camera: Choose a suitable outdoor location for the DRC-4G door camera, typically near the entrance. Ensure it is at an appropriate height for clear viewing. Secure the mounting bracket and attach the camera.
- Mount the Videophone: Select an indoor location for the CDV-43U videophone, such as a hallway or living room. Secure the mounting bracket to the wall.
- Collegare il cablaggio: Following the wiring diagram, connect the 4-wire cable from the door camera to the videophone. Ensure all connections are secure and correctly polarized. If installing an optional interphone (e.g., DP-4VHP), connect it to the videophone as shown in the diagram.

Operativo
1. Rispondere a una chiamata
When a visitor presses the call button on the DRC-4G door camera, the CDV-43U videophone will ring, and the visitor's image will appear on the screen. To answer the call, press the Parlare button on the videophone. You can then communicate hands-free with the visitor.
2. Monitoraggio dell'ingresso
A view the outdoor area without a visitor call, press the Monitor button on the videophone. The camera feed from the DRC-4G will display on the screen. Press the button again to turn off monitoring.
3. Sblocco porta

4. Interphone Communication (Optional)

Manutenzione
1. Pulizia
- Wipe the videophone screen and body with a soft, dry cloth.
- For the door camera, gently clean the lens and surrounding area with a soft, damp stoffa. Evitare detergenti abrasivi.
- Do not use strong detergents, solvents, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the product's finish.
2. Assistenza generale
