Impostare

1. Disimballare i componenti: Carefully remove all game components from the storage tin.

   • Shuffle the Chance cards and place them face down on the designated "Chance" space on the board.
   • Shuffle the Community Chest cards and place them face down on the designated "Community Chest" space.

The objective of Monopoly is to be the last player remaining with money, properties, and assets after all other players have gone bankrupt.

Sequenza di svolta

1. Tira i dadi: The player rolls both dice and moves their token clockwise around the board the number of spaces indicated.
2. Esegui azione: The action taken depends on the space landed on:

• Case: You can buy houses when you own all properties in a color group. Houses must be built evenly across properties in that group.
• Alberghi: Once you have four houses on each property in a color group, you can upgrade to a hotel by paying the hotel cost and returning the four houses to the Bank.
• Ipoteca: You can mortgage properties to raise money. Mortgaged properties do not collect rent. To unmortgage, pay the mortgage value plus 10% interest.
