4. Configurazione e installazione
The GROHE Rainshower 310 Smartactive Cube Head Shower is designed for ceiling installation. Accurate measurements and secure mounting are critical for proper function and safety.
4.1. Controlli pre-installazione
- Ensure the ceiling structure can support the weight of the showerhead and arm, especially when filled with water.
- Confirm that the water supply lines are correctly positioned and accessible for connection.

4.2. Dimensioni e montaggio

The installation requires a ceiling opening for the shower arm connection. The total height from the ceiling surface to the bottom of the showerhead ranges from 192mm to 222mm, depending on the adjustable arm extension (142-172mm from the mounting point).

4.3. Fasi di installazione
- Mark the desired position for the showerhead on the ceiling.
- Create the necessary ceiling cutout according to the dimension diagram (Figure 4.1).
- Install the rough-in box (if applicable, e.g., GROHE Box Ref 264840000) and connect the water supply lines.
- Secure the ceiling-mounted shower arm to the rough-in box or directly to the ceiling structure using the provided mounting hardware. Ensure a watertight seal.
- Attach the Rainshower 310 Smartactive Cube Head Shower to the shower arm. Hand-tighten first, then use a wrench if necessary, being careful not to overtighten.
- Aprire l'erogazione idrica e verificare che non vi siano perdite.

5.1. Spray Options
- DreamSpray: This setting provides a balanced flow from all nozzles for a luxurious and even spray.
- PureRain / JetRain: This powerful, improved spray option delivers a focused and invigorating water flow.
5.2. Switching Spray Patterns
The showerhead allows you to select between the two spray options or combine them. The method for switching spray patterns is typically integrated into the shower mixer or a diverter valve (sold separately). Consult your shower mixer's manual for specific instructions on how to activate and switch between the DreamSpray and PureRain/JetRain functions.
6. Manutenzione
