Attaching/Detaching Beaters and Dough Hooks

1. Ensure the mixer is unplugged before attaching or detaching any accessories.
2. Insert the desired beaters or dough hooks into the openings on the underside of the mixer. Ensure the correct attachment goes into the corresponding hole (one shaft is slightly larger than the other). Push firmly until they click into place.
3. To detach, press the eject button located on the top of the mixer. The attachments will release.

Assembling the Chopper Attachment

2. Use the VarioControl speed dial with your thumb to select the desired speed from 1 to 9. The mixer will start operating at the selected speed.
3. For an extra burst of power, press the Turbo button.
4. To turn off the mixer, slide the speed dial back to the '0' position.

5. Pulizia e manutenzione

The Braun MultiMix 5 features an easy-clean design with a completely sealed system, preventing ingredients from entering the housing.

• Scollegare sempre il mixer prima della pulizia.

• For stubborn residue, soak attachments in warm, soapy water before washing.

6. Risoluzione Dei Problemi

• Il mixer non si accende: Ensure the appliance is properly plugged into a working power outlet. Check that the speed dial is not at the '0' position.
• Attachments are difficult to insert/eject: Ensure the mixer is unplugged. Verify that the correct attachment is being inserted into the corresponding opening. Press the eject button firmly to release attachments.
• Motor seems strained: Reduce the quantity of ingredients or switch to a lower speed setting. For very thick mixtures, ensure you are using the dough hooks.
