1. Sizing Your Helmet

To determine the correct helmet size, measure the circumference of your head. Wrap a measuring tape around your head, positioning it just above your ears and keeping it level around the widest part of your head. Refer to the sizing chart below to select the appropriate size.

2. Adjusting for a Custom Fit

  1. Insert Pads: The helmet comes with two sets of interchangeable inner pads of varying thickness. Choose the set that provides a snug, comfortable fit without excessive pressure points. The pads attach with hook-and-loop fasteners inside the helmet.
  2. Posizionamento: Place the helmet squarely on your head, ensuring it covers your forehead. It should not be tilted back or forward.
  3. Regolazione del cinturino: Fasten the chin strap buckle. Adjust the straps so they form a 'V' shape just below your ears. The chin strap should be snug enough that you can only fit one or two fingers between the strap and your chin.
  4. Controllo di stabilità: With the strap fastened, try to move the helmet from side to side and front to back. The helmet should feel secure and not shift significantly.
