Always ensure the wrist cuff is positioned correctly on your wrist, about 1-2 cm above your wrist bone. It should be snug but not too tight. Incorrect placement can lead to inaccurate readings. 3. Impostazione

3.1 Installazione della batteria

The monitor requires 1 Lithium Metal battery (not included). Open the battery compartment located on the side of the device and insert the battery according to the polarity indicators. Close the compartment securely.

3.2 Initial Setup (Time/Date)

Adjust the cuff, wrap it around your left wrist, and secure it. The distance between the top of the machine and your hand should be about 1-2 cm. Sit up straight and relax, keeping your heart and the machine level.

4.2 Esecuzione di una misurazione

Press the ON/OFF button to start the measurement. The device will automatically inflate the cuff and begin reading your blood pressure. Readings are typically obtained within 45 seconds.

5. Manutenzione

To ensure the longevity and accuracy of your MMIZOO Blood Pressure Monitor, keep it clean and dry. Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water. Store it in the provided carrying case when not in use to protect it from dust and damage.
