This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your ARREGUI 51300-S3B Electronic Safe. Please read these instructions carefully before using the safe to ensure proper function and security.

2. Informazioni sulla sicurezza

• Do not attempt to force the safe open if the electronic lock malfunctions. Use the emergency key.

4. Impostazione

4.1. Installazione della batteria

1. Open the safe door using the emergency key. Insert the key into the keyhole, turn it clockwise, and rotate the handle to open.
2. Individuare il vano batterie all'interno dello sportello della cassaforte.
3. Insert the four AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Chiudere il coperchio del vano batterie.
5. Test the electronic lock by entering the default code (usually "1234" or "123456") and pressing "E" or "#". The display should show "OPEN" and the handle can be turned.

4.2. Montaggio della cassaforte

For optimal security, it is recommended to securely mount the safe to a wall or floor.

1. Choose a suitable location, ensuring it is a solid surface capable of supporting the safe's weight.
2. Aprire lo sportello della cassaforte e individuare i fori di montaggio preforati sul pannello posteriore o inferiore.
3. Segnare i punti di foratura sulla parete o sul pavimento attraverso i fori.
4. Praticare dei fori pilota utilizzando una punta da trapano adatta al materiale della parete/pavimento.
5. Align the safe with the drilled holes and secure it using the provided mounting hardware (screws and anchors).
6. Assicurarsi che la cassaforte sia fissata saldamente e non oscilli.

5. Istruzioni per l'uso

5.1. Opening the Safe (User Code)

1. Enter your 4-6 digit user code on the keypad.
2. Premere il tasto "E" o "#".
3. If the code is correct, the display will show "OPEN". Within 5 seconds, turn the handle clockwise and pull the door open.
4. If the code is incorrect, the display will show "ERROR". Re-enter the code.

5.2. Chiusura della cassaforte

Close the door and turn the handle counter-clockwise until it is fully locked. The safe will automatically lock.

5.3. Setting/Changing the User Code

1. With the safe door open, press the red reset button located on the inside of the door (usually near the hinge). The display will show "PROG" or "SET".
2. Enter your new 4-6 digit user code.
3. Press the "E" or "#" button to confirm. The display will show "GOOD" or "SUCCESS".

5.4. Using the Master Code (Hotel Function)

The safe includes a master code function, typically used by hotel management. This code can open the safe even if a user code is set. Consult your administrator for the master code if applicable.

1. Enter the master code on the keypad.

3. If the code is correct, the display will show "OPEN". Turn the handle clockwise and pull the door open.

5.5. Utilizzo della chiave di emergenza

The emergency key provides manual access to the safe in case of battery failure or forgotten codes.

1. Individuare la serratura di emergenza, solitamente nascosta dietro una piccola copertura sul pannello della tastiera.
2. Togliere il coperchio.
3. Inserire la chiave di emergenza e ruotarla in senso orario.
4. Tenendo la chiave girata, ruotare la maniglia in senso orario per aprire lo sportello della cassaforte.
5. Once open, remove the key and replace the cover.

• Sostituzione della batteria: When the display shows "LOW BATT" or similar, replace all four AA batteries promptly. Use high-quality alkaline batteries.
