3. Impostazione
3.1 Installazione
The Indesit DFO 3T133 A F is a freestanding appliance. Ensure it is placed on a level, stable surface. The dimensions are approximately 59 cm (width) x 60 cm (depth) x 85 cm (height).
- Posizionamento: Place the dishwasher in its desired location, ensuring adequate space for door opening and ventilation.
- Collegamento idrico: Connect the water inlet hose to a cold water tap and the drain hose to a suitable drain point. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
- Collegamento elettrico: Plug the dishwasher into a grounded electrical outlet. Do not use adapters or extension cords.
3.2 Primo utilizzo
Before the first wash cycle, prepare the dishwasher by filling the salt and rinse aid dispensers.
- Distributore di sale: Unscrew the cap of the salt dispenser (usually located at the bottom of the wash tub). Fill with dishwasher salt using the provided funnel until full. Replace the cap securely.
- Dosatore del brillantante: Open the rinse aid dispenser cap (located on the inside of the door, next to the detergent dispenser). Fill with rinse aid up to the maximum level indicator. Close the cap firmly.

- Scrape Off Food: Remove large food particles from dishes before loading.
- Cestello inferiore: Ideal for plates, bowls, pots, and pans. Place larger items towards the back and sides.
- Cestello superiore: Suitable for glasses, cups, and smaller plates. Ensure items are stable and do not block the spray arms.
- Cestino delle posate: Place cutlery with handles down, except for knives and other sharp items which should be placed handles up for safety.
- Evitare il sovraccarico: Do not overcrowd the racks, as this can hinder water circulation and cleaning effectiveness.
4.2 Aggiunta del detersivo
Use only dishwasher-specific detergent. The amount needed depends on the water hardness and the soil level of the dishes.
- Open the detergent dispenser on the inside of the door.
- Add the recommended amount of detergent to the main wash compartment. If using a pre-wash program, add a small amount to the pre-wash compartment.
- Close the dispenser lid firmly until it clicks.
4.3 Selezione e avvio del programma
Select the appropriate wash program based on the type and soil level of your dishes.

- Seleziona programma: Use the program selection button(s) to cycle through the available programs. The selected program will be indicated on the digital display. Available programs include: Cups 40°C, Eco 50°C, Hygiene, Intensive 65°C, Pre-wash, Quick.
- Delayed Start (Optional): If you wish to delay the start of the cycle, press the Delayed Start button repeatedly to set the desired delay time.
- Inizio ciclo: Press the Start/Pause button to begin the selected wash program. The program indicator light will illuminate.
- Interruzione di un ciclo: To pause a cycle, press the Start/Pause button. To resume, press it again. To cancel, press and hold the Start/Pause button for a few seconds.
5. Manutenzione

5.1 Pulizia dei filtri
The filter system prevents food particles from recirculating and clogging the pump. Clean regularly.

- Locate the filter assembly at the bottom of the wash tub.
- Twist and remove the coarse filter, then separate the fine filter and microfilter.

- Reassemble the filters and place them back into the dishwasher, twisting to secure.

- Remove the upper and lower spray arms by unscrewing or unlatching them.
- Rinse the spray arms under running water, ensuring all nozzles are clear. Use a toothpick or thin wire to clear any blockages.
- Reattach the spray arms, ensuring they can rotate freely.
5.3 Pulizia esterna e interna
