4. Configurazione e installazione

Follow these steps for proper installation of your Waterdrop scale inhibitor system. It is recommended to install this system on a cold water supply line that feeds a water heater or other appliances you wish to protect.

  • Ensure you have all components: 3/4" NPT inlet/outlet connection, replacement cartridge.
  • Gather necessary tools: pipe wrench, Teflon tape, pipe cutter (if modifying existing pipes).

  4. Install the T-Fitting: Connect the 3/4" NPT T-fitting adapter into the cut section of the pipe. Ensure it is securely tightened. The vertical port of the T-fitting should point downwards.
  5. Install the Filter Cartridge: Screw the Waterdrop WD-W65 replacement cartridge into the downward-facing port of the T-fitting. Hand-tighten until snug, then use a filter wrench if necessary, but do not overtighten.

6. Manutenzione

Regular maintenance, primarily cartridge replacement, is essential to ensure the continued effectiveness of your Waterdrop scale inhibitor system.
