The Dragon Touch K4W10 is a 3MP Wireless Security Camera System designed for comprehensive home and office surveillance. This system features an 8-channel NVR and four WiFi-enabled outdoor cameras, offering advanced features like AI human detection, color night vision, and remote access. 2. Cosa c'è nella scatola
Verificare che tutti i componenti siano presenti al momento dell'apertura della confezione:

3. Guida all'installazione
3.1 Connessione iniziale
- Connect the NVR to a power outlet using its dedicated power adapter.
- Connect the NVR to a monitor (not included) via HDMI or VGA cable for local viewinstallazione e configurazione.
- Collegare il mouse USB alla porta USB dell'NVR.
- Plug in each camera to a power outlet using its respective power adapter. The cameras will automatically pair with the NVR.

3.2 Installazione del disco rigido (facoltativa)
To enable continuous recording and playback, install a 3.5-inch SATA hard drive (up to 6TB, not included) into the NVR. Refer to the detailed instructions in the included Quick Start Guide for physical installation steps.
3.3 Posizionamento della telecamera
Strategically place cameras to cover desired areas. Ensure cameras are within range of the NVR's WiFi signal and have access to a power outlet. The IP66 waterproof rating allows for outdoor installation.

4. Istruzioni per l'uso
4.1 Vivere View e riproduzione
Once the NVR and cameras are powered on, the live feed from each camera will appear on the connected monitor. Use the USB mouse to navigate the NVR interface for live viewing, riproduzione di foo registratitage, and system settings.

The system utilizes advanced AI human detection to minimize false alarms. When a human figure is detected, the system can trigger an LED alarm on the camera and send notifications to your mobile device.

The cameras support both full-color night vision and infrared night vision. The alarm-powered floodlights enable full-color viewing in low-light conditions, while infrared provides clear black-and-white images up to 65 feet.

4.4 Remote Monitoring (Homeviz App)
Download the free Homeviz app on your mobile phone or tablet to monitor your property remotely. The app allows for live viewing, playback, and receiving motion alerts from anywhere with an internet connection.

4.5 Qualità video
The 3MP cameras provide a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels, offering clearer and more detailed images compared to standard 1080P systems.

5. Manutenzione

6. Risoluzione Dei Problemi
- Nessuna immagine sul monitor: Check HDMI/VGA cable connection, ensure monitor is powered on and set to the correct input. Verify NVR power.
- Le telecamere non si connettono: Ensure cameras are powered on and within range of the NVR. If issues persist, try re-pairing cameras according to the Quick Start Guide.
- Nessuna registrazione/riproduzione: Verify that a hard drive is installed and properly formatted. Check recording settings in the NVR menu.
- Problemi di accesso remoto: Ensure the NVR is connected to the internet via Ethernet. Check network settings and ensure the Homeviz app is correctly configured and updated.
- Falsi allarmi frequenti: Adjust AI human detection sensitivity and define specific monitoring zones within the NVR settings to reduce unwanted alerts.
