Installazione e assemblaggio

Follow these steps to assemble your ash vacuum cleaner before first use.

1. Disimballare i componenti: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Check for any damage.
2. Installa filtro:

   Place the HEPA filter onto the motor unit's filter housing. Ensure it is seated correctly and securely. Then, place the metal mesh filter basket over the HEPA filter, ensuring it covers the filter completely.
3. Collegare la testa del motore: Place the motor head onto the ash collection drum. Secure it firmly using the locking clips on both sides of the drum. Ensure the clips are fully engaged.
4. Collegare il tubo: Insert the flexible suction hose into the inlet port on the side of the collection drum. Twist clockwise to secure it.
5. Attach Nozzle/Tubes: Connect the aluminum nozzle directly to the end of the flexible hose, or attach one or both extension tubes between the hose and the nozzle for extended reach.

Istruzioni per l'uso

Before operating, ensure all safety instructions have been read and understood. Only vacuum cold ash.

1. Verificare la temperatura della cenere: Confirm that the ash to be vacuumed is completely cold. Hot ash can cause fire and damage the appliance.
2. Collegare: Inserire il cavo di alimentazione in una presa elettrica adeguata.
3. Iniziare a passare l'aspirapolvere: Press the ON/OFF switch located on the motor head to turn on the vacuum cleaner.
4. Clean Ash: Guide the nozzle over the cold ash. The powerful suction will collect the ash into the drum.
5. Interruzione dell'operazione: Once cleaning is complete, press the ON/OFF switch again to turn off the appliance.
6. Scollegare: Scollegare il cavo di alimentazione dalla presa elettrica.

Manutenzione e pulizia

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your ash vacuum cleaner.

Emptying the Ash Collection Drum:

1. Assicurarsi che l'apparecchio sia scollegato.
2. Unclip the locking clips and carefully lift the motor head from the collection drum.
3. Remove the filter and mesh basket.
4. Empty the cold ash from the drum into a suitable, non-combustible container.
5. Pulisci l'interno del cestello con un pannoamp cloth if necessary. Ensure it is completely dry before reassembly.

Pulizia del filtro:

• The HEPA filter should be cleaned regularly to maintain suction power.
• Gently tap the filter against a hard surface to dislodge accumulated ash.
• For a more thorough cleaning, the filter can be rinsed under cold running water. Ensure the filter is completamente asciutto before re-installing it. Using a wet filter can damage the motor.
• Replace the filter if it is damaged or if suction power significantly decreases even after cleaning.

Pulizia generale:

Pulire l'esterno dell'apparecchio con un panno morbido, damp panno. Non usare detergenti abrasivi o solventi.
