5. Istruzioni per l'uso

5.1. Accensione/spegnimento

• Per accendere: Press the "ON/TARE" button. The display will show "0" or "0.0" when ready.
• Per spegnere: Press and hold the "ON/TARE" button for approximately 3 seconds. The scale also features an auto-off function to conserve battery power.

• The app will display up to 30 kinds of nutrition values, including 8 key nutrients, for the measured food item.
• Track your daily nutritional intake and manage personal data within the app. The app supports data synchronization with Apple Health, Android Health, and Fitbit.
