5. Configurazione e primo utilizzo

1. Disimballaggio: Carefully remove the air fryer and all packaging materials. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Posizionamento: Place the main unit on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface, ensuring adequate ventilation around the appliance. Do not place it near walls or other appliances.

4. Prima esecuzione: It is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 1800C (3500F) during its first use to eliminate any manufacturing odors. A slight odor or smoke may be present, which is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

The Cecofry Advance Double features a multifunction touch control panel for easy operation. The digital display shows time, temperature, and selected modes for both baskets.

6.2. Funzionamento di base

1. Accensione: Collegare la friggitrice ad aria a una presa elettrica con messa a terra. Il display si illuminerà.
2. Prepara da mangiare: Place food into the baskets. Do not overfill. For best results, ensure food is in a single layer or shaken periodically.
3. Seleziona Carrello: Use the 'L' or 'R' buttons on the control panel to select the basket you wish to program.
4. Imposta temperatura: Use the temperature up/down arrows to adjust the cooking temperature (800C - 2000C).
5. Imposta ora: Use the time up/down arrows to adjust the cooking time (0 - 60 minutes).

6.3. Using Pre-configured Modes

The air fryer comes with 6 pre-configured modes for common dishes. To use them:

1. Select the desired basket (L or R).
2. Press the 'Mode' button repeatedly to cycle through the 6 preset programs. The display will show the recommended time and temperature for each.
3. Press Start/Pause to begin. You can manually adjust time and temperature even after selecting a preset.

6.4. Dual Cooking with Independent Control

The dual basket system allows for cooking two different items at different temperatures and times simultaneously.

• Program the Left basket (L) with its desired temperature and time.
• Program the Right basket (R) with its desired temperature and time.
• Press the Start/Pause button. Both baskets will begin cooking independently according to their settings.

6.5. PerfectCook Technology

This technology ensures even cooking by circulating hot air rapidly around the food. For optimal results, shake the baskets halfway through the cooking process, especially for items like fries or chicken wings, to ensure all sides are evenly cooked and crispy.

7. Manutenzione e pulizia

Una pulizia regolare garantisce la longevità e le prestazioni ottimali della friggitrice ad aria.

1. Scollegare e raffreddare: Scollegare sempre l'apparecchio e lasciarlo raffreddare completamente prima di pulirlo.
2. Cestini e piatti più croccanti: Remove the baskets and crisper plates. Wash them with warm, soapy water using a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. IMPORTANT: The baskets and crisper plates are NOT dishwasher safe. Hand wash only.
3. Interno: Pulire l'interno dell'apparecchio con adamp panno. Per i residui ostinati, utilizzare un detergente delicato. Evitare detergenti abrasivi o pagliette.
4. Esterno: Pulire l'esterno con un panno morbido, damp stoffa. Non utilizzare prodotti chimici aggressivi o materiali abrasivi.
5. Magazzinaggio: Assicurarsi che tutti i componenti siano puliti e asciutti prima di riporre la friggitrice ad aria in un luogo fresco e asciutto.
