Preparing Drawer Slides
Before installing drawers, you may need to separate the slide from the rail. Sauder products typically use two styles of slides and rails: Slide-Lever Rail and Push-Lever Rail.
- Per Slide-Lever Rails: Locate the slide release lever. Push the lever up or down as indicated to separate the slide from the rail.
- Per Push-Lever Rails: Locate the "Push in" release lever. Push the lever in to separate the slide from the rail.

Inserimento di cassetti
To insert a drawer, first ensure the inner cartridge of the drawer slide is clicked into place against the black tab on the rail. Align the drawer's slides with the rails in the desk opening and gently push the drawer in until it clicks securely into place. Do not force the drawer.
Removing Drawers After Assembly
To remove a drawer after assembly, pull the drawer out fully. Locate the release levers on both sides of the drawer slides. Depending on the rail type:
- Per Slide-Lever Rails: Push one lever up and the other lever down simultaneously.
- Per Push-Lever Rails: Push both levers in simultaneously.
While holding the levers, gently pull the drawer straight out from the desk.
