4. Impostazione

4.1. Installazione della batteria

The camera requires 4 x 1.5V LR6 AA batteries. For optimal performance and extended operation, it is recommended to use high-quality alkaline or rechargeable batteries.

1. Open the camera's latch on the side and gently open the housing.
2. Individua il vano batteria.
3. Inserire 4 batterie AA, assicurandosi che la polarità (+/-) sia corretta, come indicato all'interno del vano.

4.2. Installazione della scheda Micro SD

A Micro SD card (up to 32 GB) is required to store photos and videos. Ensure the card is formatted before first use.

1. Con l'alloggiamento della fotocamera aperto, individuare lo slot per la scheda Micro SD.
2. Inserire la scheda Micro SD nello slot finché non scatta in posizione.
3. Per rimuoverla, spingere leggermente la scheda finché non scatta fuori.

4.3. Configurazione iniziale

The camera can be configured using a settings file on the Micro SD card via your computer. This allows for precise adjustment of parameters such as photo resolution, video resolution, time-lapse intervals, and more.

1. Insert the Micro SD card into your computer using the provided Micro SD card reader.
2. Accedi alla configurazione file (usually a text file or specific software) on the card.
3. Adjust desired settings according to your needs.
4. Salva la configurazione file back to the Micro SD card.
5. Safely eject the Micro SD card from your computer and insert it back into the camera.

4.4. Montaggio della fotocamera

Use the included mounting strap to secure the camera to a tree, pole, or other suitable surface. Ensure the camera is stable and pointed towards the desired monitoring area.

5. Utilizzo della fotocamera

5.1. Accensione/Spegnimento

After installing batteries and the Micro SD card, locate the power switch inside the camera housing. Switch it to the "ON" position to activate the camera. To turn off, switch it to "OFF".

5.2. Modalità operative

The camera supports various operating modes, which can be configured via the settings file:

• Modalità foto: Captures still images. Resolutions include 20 MP, 16 MP, and 12 MP.
• Modalità video: Records video clips. Resolutions include 1080p, 720p, and VGA.
• Modalità foto + video: Cattura una foto seguita da un videoclip.
• Modalità Time-lapse: Scatta foto a intervalli stabiliti.

5.3. Rilevamento del movimento e registrazione

The camera utilizes a Passive Infrared (PIR) sensor to detect motion. When motion is detected within its 90° field of view, the camera will trigger and record based on your configured settings.

• LED IR: For low-light or nighttime conditions, 26 850nm IR LEDs provide illumination up to 20 meters (optimal illumination 6-8 meters).

5.4. Viewing Files

A view foto e video catturati:

1. Turn off the camera and remove the Micro SD card.
2. Insert the Micro SD card into your computer using the card reader.
3. Accedi al files on the card. Photos are saved in JPEG format, and videos in AVI format.
4. Ogni file will include a date and time stamp.

6. Manutenzione

6.1. Pulizia

Pulisci l'esterno della fotocamera con un panno morbido eamp cloth. Ensure the lens and PIR sensor are clean and free from dirt or debris for optimal performance. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

6.2. Sostituzione della batteria

Sostituire le batterie quando compare l'indicatore di batteria scarica o quando le prestazioni diminuiscono. Sostituire sempre tutte le batterie contemporaneamente con batterie nuove dello stesso tipo.

6.3. Conservazione

When not in use for extended periods, remove the batteries to prevent leakage. Store the camera in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

• La fotocamera non si accende:
  • Controllare la polarità della batteria.
  • Assicurarsi che le batterie siano completamente cariche o sostituite.

• No photos/videos recorded:
