1. Accensione
Locate the power button on one of the control panels and press it to turn on the device. The indicator lights will illuminate.

The Kala Quad features Pulse+ customizable frequencies. Use the control panel interface to select your desired light modes (Red, Near-Infrared, or both) and adjust frequency settings according to your preference or professional guidance.
3. Session Duration and Distance
Typical session durations range from 10 to 20 minutes. Position yourself at a comfortable distance from the panels, generally 6 to 12 inches, for optimal light exposure. Ensure even exposure to the desired body areas.
