1. Introduzione

This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Phomemo M221 Bluetooth Thermal Label Printer. 3. Impostazione

3.1 Carica iniziale

Before first use, fully charge the Phomemo M221 printer using the provided Type-C USB cable. The charging indicator light will provide status updates.

3.2 Installazione del software

For Mobile Devices (Phone & Tablets)

1. Scarica il "Print Master" application from the Apple App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android).

For PC (Mac OS & Windows 10)

1. Visita il sito ufficiale di Phomemo websito per scaricare il "Label life" software and printer drivers for your specific operating system (Mac OS or Windows 10).
2. Install the software and drivers by following the provided installation guide.
3. Connect the M221 printer to your PC using a USB cable.
4. Launch the "Label life" software and ensure the printer is recognized.

4. Caricamento delle etichette

The Phomemo M221 printer uses thermal labels. Ensure you are using compatible labels for optimal performance.

1. Aprire il coperchio superiore della stampante.
2. Insert the label roll into the label compartment, ensuring the printing side of the labels faces upwards and feeds smoothly into the print head mechanism.
3. Chiudere saldamente il coperchio superiore.
4. Press the feed button to advance a blank label and calibrate the printer.

5.1 Using the "Print Master" App (Mobile)

1. Open the "Print Master" app on your connected phone or tablet.
2. Select a template or create a new label design. The app offers various customization options for text, barcodes, icons, and images.
3. Adjust label size and orientation as needed. The M221 supports a wide range of label types, including white, clear, color, and circular labels.

5.3 Label Durability

6. Manutenzione

6.1 Pulizia della testina di stampa

To ensure consistent print quality, regularly clean the thermal print head. Use a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol. Gently wipe the print head surface. Do not use abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.

6.2 Conservazione delle etichette

Store thermal labels in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. The recommended storage humidity is 20%-85%. Improper storage can affect label quality and printer performance.

7. Risoluzione Dei Problemi

• La stampante non si connette tramite Bluetooth: Ensure the printer is powered on and within range. Restart both the printer and your mobile device. Verify Bluetooth is enabled on your device and try reconnecting through the "Print Master" app.
• Printer not connecting via USB: Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the printer and the PC. Verify that the "Label life" software and drivers are correctly installed. Try a different USB port or cable.
• Scarsa qualità di stampa: Check if the thermal labels are loaded correctly with the printing side facing up. Clean the thermal print head as described in Section 6.1. Ensure you are using high-quality thermal labels.
• Etichette non alimentate: Open the cover and ensure the label roll is properly seated and not jammed. Press the feed button to advance a label.
• La stampante non si accende: Ensure the printer is fully charged. Connect it to a power source using the Type-C cable and try again.
