3. Guida all'installazione

3.1. Download e connessione dell'app

To fully utilize your DDPAI N1 Dual Dash Cam, download the official 'ddpai' app on your smartphone. This app allows for easy control, live viewing, and management of your recordings.

1. Scarica l'App: Scan the QR code on the product packaging or search for "DDPAI" in your device's app store (Google Play for Android, App Store for iOS).
2. Accensione della Dash Cam: Connect the dash cam to your car's power source using the provided car charger. The dash cam will power on automatically.
3. Abilita Bluetooth: On your smartphone, go to Settings and ensure Bluetooth is turned on.
4. Launch App & Add Device: Open the DDPAI app. Tap the "+" icon or "Add a device" option. The app will scan for nearby Bluetooth devices.

6. Autorizza connessione: When prompted, press the function button on the dash cam to authorize the connection.
7. Connessione Wi-Fi: For full functionality (live view, album access, settings), the app will guide you to connect to the dash cam's Wi-Fi hotspot. Go to your phone's Wi-Fi settings, select the DDPAI network (e.g., "DDPAI_N5Dual_3CA1"), and enter the password (usually provided in the app or manual).

3.2. Installazione fisica

Proper installation ensures optimal recording angles and secure placement.

1. Montare la telecamera anteriore: Attach the adhesive mount to the front dash cam. Clean the desired area on your windshield (typically behind the rearview mirror) and firmly press the mount onto the glass. Ensure the camera has a clear view della strada.
2. Mount the Rear/Interior Camera: Attach the adhesive mount to the rear camera. Clean the desired area on your rear windshield or interior surface. Ensure it has a clear view of the rear or interior of the vehicle.
3. Collegare i cavi: Connect the power cable to the front dash cam and route it to your car's 12V power outlet using the car charger. Connect the long connection cable from the front dash cam to the rear camera, routing it discreetly along the vehicle's trim.

4. Istruzioni per l'uso

4.1. Modalità di registrazione

• Registrazione in loop: The N1 Dual continuously records video footage. When the memory card is full, it automatically overwrites the oldest footage, ensuring uninterrupted recording.
• Blocco di emergenza (sensore G): The built-in G-sensor detects sudden impacts or collisions. In such events, the dash cam automatically saves and locks the relevant video segment, preventing it from being overwritten. These files are marked as "important" for easy retrieval.

5. Manutenzione

• Lenti pulite: Pulire periodicamente le lenti della fotocamera con un panno morbido e privo di lanugine per garantire una qualità video nitida.
• Formatta scheda SD: It is recommended to format the TF card every few weeks or months to prevent data corruption and ensure smooth recording. This can usually be done through the DDPAI app settings.
• Aggiornamenti del firmware: Check the DDPAI app regularly for firmware updates. Keeping your dash cam's firmware up-to-date can improve performance and add new features.

6. Risoluzione Dei Problemi
