Guida all'installazione

1. Download the Cloud Intelligence App

Cercare "Cloud Intelligence" in your smartphone's app store (available on App Store and Google Play) and download it. Register or log in to your account.

2. Connect to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi Network

Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The Amysen Smart Plug only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. If your router broadcasts both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, ensure you select the 2.4GHz option during setup.

3. Aggiungi dispositivo all'app

1. Plug the Amysen Smart Plug into a power outlet.
2. Open the Cloud Intelligence App.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair the smart plug. The indicator light on the plug will blink during pairing.

4. Integrate with Voice Assistants (Alexa/Google Home)

Once the smart plug is added to the Cloud Intelligence App, you can link it with your Amazon Alexa or Google Home Assistant for voice control.

1. Apri l'app Alexa o Google Home.
2. Go to the "Skills & Games" (Alexa) or "Works with Google" (Google Home) section.
3. Cercare "Cloud Intelligence" and enable the skill/service.
4. Link your Cloud Intelligence account when prompted.
5. Discover devices. Your smart plug should now appear and be controllable via voice commands.

If you encounter issues with your Amysen Smart Plug, refer to the following common solutions:

• Device not connecting/frequently disconnecting:
