Assemblaggio e configurazione

Follow these steps to assemble your Tecmojo 12U Open Frame Network Rack. An electric driver is recommended for faster assembly.

Fase 1: assemblare il telaio principale

Attach the front and rear beams to the side frames using the M6 Butter Head Hex Screws. Ensure the front and rear beams are installed in the same direction, with the "Tec Mojo" logo facing outwards on the front beam.

Step 2: Install the Top Cover

Place the top cover onto the assembled frame and secure it with the M4.4 screws. The top cover adds rigidity and provides cable pass-through grommet holes for organized cable management.

Step 3: Install Rack Shelves and Shelf Stops

Insert the two ventilated rack shelves into the desired U-positions. Secure them using the provided shelf stops and rack shelf back supports to prevent equipment from sliding and enhance stability.

Step 4: Choose Mounting Option (Floor Standing or Wall Mounted)

The rack can be used as a floor-standing unit or mounted to a wall. For floor standing, attach the leveling feet to the bottom of the rack. For wall mounting, use the provided mounting hole drilling template and M5*30 wall mounting screws. Ensure proper reinforcement for wall mounting, especially for heavier loads.
