4. Guida all'installazione
Follow these steps for a quick and easy setup of your NGTeco MB1 device:
- Download the NGTeco Time APP: Cercare "NGTeco Time" in your device's app store (iOS or Android) and install it.
- Configure Device Wi-Fi: Power on the MB1 device. Navigate through the device menu to find the Wi-Fi settings. Select your network and enter the password.
- Connettiti tramite codice QR: Open the NGTeco Time APP on your smartphone. Follow the in-app instructions to scan the QR code displayed on the MB1 device screen to establish a connection.
- Begin Using the Device: Once connected, you can start enrolling users and managing attendance through the device or the mobile application.

5. Istruzioni per l'uso
5.1 Registrazione dell'utente
Before employees can use the device, their identification data must be enrolled. This can typically be done through the device's menu or the NGTeco Time APP.
- Riconoscimento facciale: Position your face within the designated area on the device screen. The device will capture and store your facial template.
- Impronta digitale: Place your finger firmly on the fingerprint sensor. The device will guide you to lift and place your finger multiple times to capture a complete template.
- Carta RFID: Present an RFID card to the card reader area on the device. The device will register the card's unique ID.
- Inserimento PIN: Enter a unique PIN using the keypad and confirm it.
5.2 Timbratura in entrata/uscita
To record attendance, simply use one of the enrolled identification methods. The device automatically detects IN/OUT status, eliminating the need to press specific buttons.
- Facial Scan: Stand in front of the device. Once your face is recognized, your attendance will be recorded.
- Scansione delle impronte digitali: Place your enrolled finger on the sensor. A successful scan will record your attendance.
- RFID Card Swipe: Hold your enrolled RFID card near the card reader. Your attendance will be recorded upon successful detection.
- Inserimento PIN: Enter your enrolled PIN on the keypad and press 'OK' or 'M/OK'.

6. Gestione dei dati
6.1 Report Download
Attendance reports can be retrieved from the device using two primary methods:
- Scarica l'unità USB: Insert the provided USB drive into the device's USB port. Navigate through the device menu to the report download option and select the desired data range. The reports will be saved to the USB drive.
- Scarica l'app tramite e-mail: Use the NGTeco Time APP to access attendance data. The app allows you to generate reports and send them to a specified email address.
