3. Configurazione e installazione

The Jansite Backup Camera offers flexible installation options to suit various vehicle types and viewing needs. It is compatible with 12-24V vehicle electrical systems.

The camera features a 360° rotatable lens section, allowing for precise adjustment of the viewing angle. Two types of back covers are provided for different mounting methods, including options for drilling or using adhesive.

3.2 Wiring and Compatibility

This backup camera is designed to connect to a built-in screen or monitor with an RCA connector. It is non compatible with dash cams, GPS units, DVRs, or Apple CarPlay/Android Auto head units that do not have a dedicated RCA video input. Ensure your display unit has the appropriate RCA input for video signal.

4. Funzionamento

4.1 Switching Video Formats

The camera supports 8 video formats (AHD 1080P/720P 25fps, CVBS-NTSC/PAL, with mirror or original image options). To cycle through these formats, press and hold the switch button on the camera's cable for 3 seconds until the screen responds. This eliminates the need for complex wire-cutting operations.

4.2 Reversing Line Function

The camera can display a reversing guide line on the screen to assist with parking and maneuvering.
