This CASAINC gas cooktop is designed for drop-in installation into your kitchen countertop. It is NG (Natural Gas) and LP (Liquid Propane) convertible, providing flexibility for various setups. The cooktop comes pre-set for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit for easy switching.

Burner Configuration and BTU Output
- Two 18,000 BTU triple-ring burners for high-heat searing and rapid boiling.
- Two 12,000 BTU rapid burners for fast cooking.
- Two 6,000 BTU semi-rapid burners for delicate simmering and low-heat cooking.
The total heat input for the cooktop is 72,000 BTU/H.

Accendere un bruciatore
- Assicurarsi che l'alimentazione del gas sia aperta.
- Push in and turn the corresponding control knob counter-clockwise to the 'HI' position.
- The igniter will click, and the burner will light.
- Once lit, release the knob and adjust the flame to your desired cooking level.
If the burner does not light within a few seconds, turn the knob to 'OFF' and wait for the gas to dissipate before attempting again.

Important Cleaning Precautions
NON FARE use steel wool pads or abrasive cleaners on any part of the cooktop, as they may scratch and damage the surface, compromising its appearance and durability.
