3. Per iniziare (installazione)

3.1 Ricarica del dispositivo

Before first use, fully charge your TheraGun Mini. The device has a USB-C charging port for convenience.

2. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the device and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a USB port.
3. The LED indicators on the device will illuminate to show charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 80 minutes.
4. Once fully charged, all LED indicators will be solid. Disconnect the charger.

3.2 Attaching Percussive Heads

The TheraGun Mini comes with three interchangeable attachments to customize your massage experience.

1. Ensure the device is turned off before attaching or removing heads.
2. To attach, align the desired percussive head with the arm of the device and push firmly until it clicks into place.
3. To remove, firmly pull the percussive head straight off the arm.

3.3 Connecting to the Therabody App

Enhance your experience by connecting your TheraGun Mini to the Therabody app via Bluetooth for personalized routines and guidance.

4.1 Accensione/spegnimento e regolazione della velocità

The TheraGun Mini features a simple one-button control for ease of use.

1. Per accendere: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. The device will start at the lowest speed.
2. Per regolare la velocità: Briefly press the power button to cycle through the 3 available speeds. The LED indicators will show the current speed setting.

4. Blocco da viaggio: To activate the travel lock, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds until the LEDs flash. To deactivate, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds again.
