4. Installazione e configurazione

This electric fireplace is designed for easy wall mounting. Follow these steps for secure installation.

4.1 Montaggio a parete

1. Choose a suitable location on a solid wall, ensuring there is adequate clearance around the unit for ventilation and safety. Avoid mounting directly under a power outlet.
2. Using the provided mounting brackets as a template, mark the drilling points on the wall. Ensure the marks are level.
3. Praticare i fori nei punti segnati e inserire i tasselli.
4. Fissare le staffe di montaggio alla parete utilizzando le viti fornite.
5. Carefully lift the fireplace unit and hook it onto the installed mounting brackets. Ensure it is securely seated.
6. Collegare il cavo di alimentazione a una presa elettrica con messa a terra.

4.2 Configurazione del telecomando

Insert one CR2025 battery (not included) into the remote control, observing the correct polarity.

5. Funzionamento

The fireplace can be operated using the control panel on the unit, the remote control, or the Tuya smart app.

5.1 Funzioni del pannello di controllo e del telecomando

The control panel and remote control share similar functions. Refer to the icons on the panel for specific operations.

5.2 Controllo dell'app Tuya Smart

Download the Tuya Smart app from your device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your fireplace. The app allows for comprehensive control, including:

• Flame color and brightness adjustment
• Heating level and thermostat control

6. Manutenzione

Regular cleaning and proper care will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your electric fireplace.

• Scollegare sempre l'unità dalla presa di corrente prima di pulirla.
• Lasciare raffreddare completamente l'unità prima di pulirla.
• Pulire le superfici esterne con un panno morbido, damp panno. Non usare detergenti abrasivi o solventi.
• Gently clean the glass panel with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive glass cleaner.
• Ensure the air vents are free from dust and debris to maintain proper airflow.

7. Risoluzione Dei Problemi

If you encounter any issues with your fireplace, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• Nessun potere: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Ensure the main power switch on the unit is ON.
• Riscaldamento non funzionante: Verify that the heating function is activated. Check the thermostat setting; if the room temperature is above the set temperature, the heater will not activate. Ensure the overheating protection has not been triggered (unplug and allow to cool). Check if the open window detection has been activated.
• Il telecomando non risponde: Check and replace the CR2025 battery in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the fireplace's sensor.
• Effetto fiamma non funzionante: Ensure the unit is powered on and the flame effect button has been pressed.
• Problemi di connettività dell'app: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is active and the fireplace is within range. Follow the Tuya app's troubleshooting guide for connection problems.
