Plug it in halfway between your router and the dead zone. Connect to the 'WiFi_XXXX' network in your device settings, follow the on-screen setup prompts to select your home network, and enter your original Wi-Fi password.
Make sure the extender is powered on and the lights (LAN, 2.4G, 5G, Extender) are displaying. Try moving closer to the extender and refreshing your device's network list.
The MAC address is located on the back of your device, just below the bar code. The last four digits will display in your available wireless network list as 'WiFi_XXXX'.
Press and hold the white WPS/RST button for 5-10 seconds, then release and wait about 60 seconds for the device to fully reboot and reset to its default factory settings.
