Take the earphones out of the charging case. Open the Bluetooth settings on your smart device, search for "J215", and connect.
Lie down in your preferred sleep position, open the SleepIQ app, select Smart Bed, tap Sleep Number setting, and select Find Favorite to adjust.
Place the earphones back into the charging case and close the lid. The LED will indicate that they are charging. To charge the case itself, use the provided USB cable connected to a 5V/1A power source.
