IYILO App

The IYILO App helps you set up and manage your EV charger, including device pairing, Wi‑Fi setup, charging modes, electricity rate configuration, and viewing/exporting charging data.

Quick Setup & Use

1. Confirm your EV charger is installed and operating properly, and register with a valid email address and phone number.
2. Ensure your mobile device has a stable internet connection. Do not operate the App while driving.
3. Open the IYILO App, then Sign Up with a valid email and password (or Log In).
4. Add a new device: tap “+” (or “Add New Device”). Keep your phone within 32 ft of the EV charger and make sure the charger stays powered on.
5. After Bluetooth pairing succeeds, select your Wi‑Fi network and enter the Wi‑Fi password.
6. On the charger page, you can view status such as real-time voltage/power/current, accumulated energy (kWh), estimated electricity cost, and charging duration.
7. To switch between multiple chargers: tap the switch icon (top-right) and select the desired charger.

Guida utente dell'APP IYILO
Entra registrati
Registrati all'app IYILO con il tuo account email e password convalidati. Oppure accedi se ne hai uno.

Puoi inserire il tuo numero di telefono oppure passare al passaggio successivo.

Aggiungi nuovo dispositivo
Dopo aver effettuato l'accesso al tuo account, clicca sul simbolo "+" al centro della pagina oppure clicca direttamente sul pulsante "Aggiungi nuovo dispositivo" per aggiungere il tuo caricabatterie per veicoli elettrici.

Nota

1. Per una connessione ottimale, posizionare il telefono entro 32 piedi dal caricabatterie per veicoli elettrici.
2. Assicurati che il caricabatterie IYILO EV rimanga acceso durante l'aggiunta di un nuovo dispositivo

Dopo che l'associazione Bluetooth è avvenuta correttamente, seleziona la tua rete Wi-Fi e inserisci la password Wi-FiNota
Il caricabatterie IYILO EV supporta solo 2.4 GHz, connettersi al segnale Wi-Fi corretto.

Nota
I sensori NTC monitorano e visualizzano le temperature in tempo reale. Quando la temperatura supera gli 185 °C, il caricabatterie per veicoli elettrici ridurrà automaticamente la corrente fino a tornare a un intervallo di temperatura sicuro.

Cambia dispositivo
If you have multiple chargers under your account, you can switch between them by following these steps to view and manage each device.Fase 1. Tap the switch icon① in the top-right corner to open the charger selection screen.
Fase 2. On the charger selection screen, select your desired unit to switch devices and access its home screen.

Remove Charger
If you no longer use a charger, follow these instructions to remove the device.

Fase 1. Once on the device page, tap the “Remove”① button in the top-right corner.
Fase 2. Select the charger you want to remove②, then tap the “Remove”③ button below. Please note: Offline devices cannot be removed. Ensure the charger is online before attempting to delete it.

NEMA Plug Temperature Monitoring
In App version 1.2.0, we have added support for viewing historical NTC temperature data for any past day. You can tap on either the wall plug or the charging connector to display the 24-hour temperature log for that selected day.Additionally, we have introduced system-level alerts in the new version of the app. (Image 3)

Cerca ed esporta i dati di ricarica
L'app IYILO registra le tue sessioni di ricarica giornaliere e le sincronizza sul cloud. Puoi anche esportare i tuoi dati di ricarica in formato Excel. file e condividerli con gli altri.

Gestione multi-account
L'app IYILO consente al titolare dell'account di creare sottoaccount per altri. Per farlo, è sufficiente seguire i passaggi descritti di seguito:

1. Click “Account Info”
2. Click“My Account”
3. Click “Invite”
4. Aggiungi il tuo "Nome di casa" e clicca su "Sì"
5. Enter the invitee’s email address.
6. Select the Invitation Role to “Family Member” or “Visitor”
7. Fai clic su "Fatto"

Dopo aver completato i passaggi precedenti, verrà inviata un'e-mail di invito all'indirizzo e-mail del membro invitato. Chiedi all'utente di attivare il sottoaccount cliccando sul pulsante di attivazione nell'e-mail.
Modalità di ricarica
Collega e carica:
Il caricabatterie IYILO è dotato di una modalità Plug & Charge preimpostata, che consente di iniziare la ricarica subito dopo l'installazione.

Nota

1. The Plug & Charge function is automati-cally enabled right out of the box. As long as it’s enabled, you can charge your EV even if the charger is offline.
2. Il pulsante "Plug & Charge" si trova in alto nella barra laterale. Quando la funzione "Plug & Charge" è abilitata, la funzione di programmazione sarà disabilitata e viceversa.

Pianifica la ricarica

1. Puoi trovare la funzione di pianificazione nella pagina Pianifica addebiti.
2. La pianificazione una tantum consente di impostare una singola pianificazione, che deve rientrare nel mese corrente.
3. La funzione di pianificazione consente di creare una o più pianificazioni ricorrenti.

Programma una tantum
Quando è abilitata la pianificazione una tantum, è possibile impostare una data e un'ora di inizio specifiche, senza dover specificare un'ora di fine.Programma ricorrente
È possibile aggiungere fino a cinque pianificazioni. Quando è abilitata la pianificazione ricorrente, è possibile selezionare i giorni della settimana e la durata della ricarica per la ricarica automatica ripetuta.

Nota
La ricarica programmata non può essere utilizzata quando la funzione Plug & Charge è abilitata. Disattivare la funzione Plug & Charge prima di impostare una programmazione.

Carte RFID
Le carte RFID devono essere attivate prima dell'uso.
Vai su Informazioni dispositivo → Scheda RFID → tocca Aggiungi → inserisci il nome e il numero della scheda → tocca OK.

Nota
Una volta configurata la tua scheda RFID nell'app, puoi iniziare a caricare avvicinando la scheda all'area di contatto del caricabatterie.

Set Electricity Rate
In App version 1.2.0, the TOU (Time-of-Use) logic has undergone significant updates. If you have upgraded to this version, please follow the steps below to configure your settings.

Fase 1. Tap “Set Electricity Rate”① to enter the page.
Fase 2. Tap” Enable Rate Period”② to enter TOU Page.
Fase 3. Select the number of TOU periods you need③. If you only require a single flat Basic Rate for the entire day, simply choose “1 Period,” and this rate will be applied as your base price 24/7

Fase 4. Set the electricity rate for each time period. Together, all periods must cover the full 24-hour day. Take a 2-period schedule as an example: once you set the time and rate for the first period, the second period will automatically adjust to cover the remaining hours of the day.
Fase 5. Tap “Save Rate,” verify that your time periods and rates are correct, then tap”Confirm” to complete the setup. Your electricity rates will then automatically sync with the designated time periods.

Caution: The dynamic load balancing function can only be configured with an IYILO-owned or licensed energy meter.
Important: Make sure the IYILO EV Charger has a stable Wi-Fi connection.

Fase 1. Please set up your IYILO EV Charger and Energy Meter using the proper installation method.
Fase 2. Tap “Advanced” ①to proceed to the next page.
Fase 3. Tap “Load Balancing” ②to enter the configuration page.
Fase 4. Select the charger with the configured energy meter③.Fase 5. Toggle on “Dynamic Load Balancing” ①
Fase 6. Enter the rating of the main breaker connected to the CT clamp.②
Nota: The IYILO Energy Meter supports a maximum current of 200A.
Fase 7. Once you complete the settings above and tap “Submit” ,a “Configured” icon③ will appear on the right to indicate success.

Dual-Charger Load Balancing

Nota
Dual-charger load balancing enables two chargers to dynamically allocate current under the same breaker, preventing system overload.

Once the primary charger is configured with the meter and both chargers are wired to the same breaker, please follow the steps below to configure dynamic load balancing.

After completing Steps 1 through 7 of the standalone-charger setup process, proceed with the following operations.
Fase 1. Toggle on “Dual-Charger Configuration”①
Fase 2. Enter the maximum total current for both chargers②.
Fase 3. Tap the “+”③ button to select a second charging station.Then tap “Submit”④ to save your settings.
Fase 4. In the latest version V1.2.0, we have added a real-time dual-charger display page. You can tap “Load Balancing Overview” in the top right corner of the Charger screen to monitor dual-charger data in real time.

Condivisione dell'energia
La condivisione di potenza consente a due caricabatterie per veicoli elettrici di condividere lo stesso circuito, dividendo tra loro la corrente massima disponibile.Fase 1. Tap to enter the Power Sharing page①.
Fase 2. Enable Power Sharing②.
Fase 3. Enter the maximum rating of the breaker connected to the charger③ and the maximum current allowed under the shared breaker④.Fase 4. Tap the “+” ① icon to add both chargers to the Power Sharing configuration.  Step 5. Select the two chargers you want to include in Power Sharing.
Fase 6. After selecting the chargers, click ‘Submit’.
Fase 7. In the latest version, V1.2.0, we have added a real-time power sharing display page. You can tap “Power Sharing Dashboard” in the top right corner of the Charger screen to monitor dual-charger power sharing data in real time.

Riavviare il caricabatterie
You can find the ‘Reboot Charger’ button in the Advanced menu to restart the charger. Note that the charger can only be rebooted when it is not in use. It cannot be rebooted while charging

Risoluzione dei problemi

• App shows Offline: Check that your router or phone’s cellular signal is working properly. For firmware version V1.3.22, try a power cycle, then enter the charger selection screen, select the offline charger, tap Aggiungere, and reconnect to Wi‑Fi via Bluetooth search.
• App shows Offline (firmware not V1.3.22): Power cycle the charger and enter Bluetooth pairing mode. If Bluetooth cannot detect the charger, contact support at support@iyilo.shop for the Factory Reset guide, then follow the reconnection steps.
• Wi‑Fi pairing issues: Confirm you are connecting the charger to the correct Wi‑Fi band: the charger supports Solo 2.4 GHz.
