• OS: Windows 10/11 Pro/Edu/Ent (64-bit) or higher or Chrome OS 81.0.4044.103 or later

• Wi-Fi: Intel WiFi6 serie AX o superiore

Procedura di distribuzione su MDM

Preparare il ricevitore ScreenBeam

1. Aggiornare il firmware del ricevitore SB1000EDUG2 alla versione 11.2.19.0 o successiva
2. Log into the receiver’s Local Management Page, Features tab and enable Orchestrate Lite

Per dispositivi Windows (Intune o altro MDM)
Nota: sono necessarie policy di installazione delle estensioni separate per insegnanti e studenti

1. Register Orchestrate Windows Assistant app with your AAD tenant
2. Using your MDM, create policies to install the O8 Windows Assistant app with the appropriate Command-Line arguments for your configuration.

• MODALITÀ LITE
  • Opzioni: NO (predefinito), SÌ (deve essere impostato su SÌ)
    • NO – La modalità Orchestrate Lite non sarà abilitata
    • SÌ – La modalità Orchestrate Lite sarà abilitata
• EXT_BROWSER
  • Bersaglio web browser per installare l'estensione Orchestrate
    • EDGE – Microsoft Edge
    • CROMO – Google Chrome
• RUOLO
  • Opzioni: INSEGNANTE (predefinito), STUDENTE
    • INSEGNANTE – Il dispositivo di destinazione verrà impostato per essere utilizzato come insegnante
    • STUDENTE – Il dispositivo di destinazione verrà impostato per essere utilizzato come studente

Per esempioample, la seguente stringa verrebbe utilizzata per abilitare la modalità Orchestrate Lite, impostare i dispositivi di destinazione da utilizzare come Student, installare l'estensione su Microsoft Edge e aggiungerla alla barra degli strumenti. Si noti che ogni opzione è separata da uno spazio e l'ordine non ha importanza.

Detailed Setup Procedure

Configuring Google Admin
Accesso client API

1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Security > Access and Data control > API Controls > Domain wide delegation >
   Manage Domain Wide Delegation. Or click questo collegamento.
   
3. Click Add New and the Add a new client ID box will appear.
   
4. Inserisci un ID cliente nel campo ID cliente. L'ID cliente viene fornito dallo sviluppatore dell'applicazione/software.

6. Fare clic su Autorizza. Il client API è autorizzato ad accedere ai dati degli utenti.
   

Gestione degli utenti in Google Admin
Per aggiungere un nuovo utente, seguire questa procedura:
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Users. Or click questo collegamento.
3. Click Add new user and the Aggiungi nuovo utente box appears. Fill in the required fields and click AGGIUNGI NUOVO UTENTE aggiungere un nuovo utente.

To manage organizational units, follow this procedure:
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Users > Manage Organizational Units. Or click questo collegamento.
3. Click the yellow + sign to add a new unit or select a unit name and add a subsidiary unit (the +msign), move this unit (the right arrow), edit, or delete the unit.

Per cambiare utente e passare a un'altra unità, seguire questa procedura:
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Users. Or click questo collegamento.
3. Select one or more users, then select More > Change organizational unit.

Gestione dell'estensione Orchestrate e dell'app Chrome
To add extension and app to Google Admin, follow this procedure:
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Devices > Chrome > Apps & extensions. Or click questo collegamento.
3. Select an organizational unit on the left pane.
4. Click the yellow + sign at the bottom right corner and then select the Add Chrome app or Extension by ID opzione

6. Add the Policy for the Extension (ID – bdgflbkkgedengcnmmbijghkpdpdlkfb)
This configures the Extension to use the Classroom Commander Server as both the source for rostering information and for class session discovery.
Select the extension and the Extension setup panel appears on the right. Copy and paste the below JSON configuration then click Salva in alto a destra.

7. Force install the extension onto the user devices by selecting Force Install + pin
